Designed for highly competitive players seeking the athletic edge to take them to the next level. Sessions will consist of strength building, interval conditioning, plyometrics, and change of direction, acceleration, and balance control modalities.

Julie Anderson is a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of professional experience. Julie focuses on enhancing speed, strength, and agility through analysis and coaching to build muscle memory and help young athletes reach their full potential.
