FORMAT: 3-game guarantee for U9-U12; 4-game guarantee for U13-U19

AWARDS: Jamboree for U9-U10; 1st Place & 2nd Place awards for U11-U19
ENTRY FEE: A nonrefundable $5.00 processing fee will be charged when registering for the tournament. The remaining cost of the entry fee will be charged on August 7, one week before the tournament begins.

TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING & HOSTING DOCUMENTS:
All participating teams must be affiliated with US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer.
If affiliated with US Youth Soccer, teams must provide the following documents: one copy of the State approved roster, one copy of each US Youth Soccer Player Pass (front side only), one copy of each guest player's US Youth Soccer Player Pass (front side only). If passes are not available, a photo ID and birth certificate will be accepted. US Youth Soccer rosters must be signed by the club registrar (no write-ins). Teams outside of Region 4 need to provide a signed permission to travel form.
If affiliated with US Club Soccer, teams must provide the following documents: one copy of the US Club Roster, one copy of each US Club Player Pass (front side only), and one copy of each guest player's US Club Player Pass (front side only). If passes are not available, a photo ID and birth certificate will be accepted.
The is no tournament-specific medical release form, however, teams must present a medical release for each of their players. Each club's respective version of a medical release form will be accepted.
