All participating teams must be affiliated with US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer. Every coach, team manager, and player must be fully registered and in good standing with their governing association without any suspensions or probationary status. Every coach, team manager, and player must be fully protected and insured by the medical and liability insurance of their governing association. All rostered players must participate in the tournament in accordance with their correct age group and birth year.
