Holiday crafts & card making
Get creative and celebrate the season with our holiday craft station! Families can make their own Christmas crafts and create holiday cards that we'll share with members of our local community. It's a fun way to get creative, spread some cheer, and give someone a little extra joy this holiday season.
50/50 Raffle
Join our 50/50 raffle for a chance to win while supporting a great cause! The winning raffle ticket holder will receive half of the raffle proceeds, with the remaining half going directly toward our Financial Aid Fund to help make soccer more accessible for local families.
Help local families this holiday season!
We're partnering with Vine Maple Place to help bring joy and hope to local families in need. Vine Maple Place provides support and resources to families experiencing homelessness in our community, and there are several ways our Valor community can make a difference.
We're collecting donations to help provide families with basic necessities, warmth, and much-needed support during the holiday season.
Some of their current greatest needs are:
-
Winter Coats: New coats for moms, with all sizes needed (especially L-4X)
-
Emergency Gas & Grocery Gift Cards: Fred Meyer, Safeway, or Visa gift cards in $25 and $50 denominations
-
Hygiene Essentials: Liquid laundry detergent, toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and feminine hygiene items
-
Meals in a Bag: Ingredients and a simple recipe for families to prepare a meal together
There are also opportunities to help provide nights of safety and care for families through monetary donations.
