I need to cancel my camp or clinic registration. Can I receive a refund?

All cancelation requests must be emailed to info@valorsoccer.com.

There is a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for all camps and clinics.

If you wish to choose a different session of a camp or clinic, there is no penalty given there is still space available.

My player is unable to attend all dates of a camp or clinic session. Can they still register and participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Registration fees will be not be prorated, however.

How will I be notified if a camp or clinic is canceled due to inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

Cancelation information will be communicated via email. Emails from Valor Soccer sometimes get sorted into junk/spam folders. Be sure to check for emails from clubnews@bluesombrero.com.

Question 4

Will I be reimbursed for cancelations due to inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

For cancelations due to inclement weather, you will receive a credit to use on any future Valor Soccer registration. The credit will exclude the $25 non-refundable administrative fee and will be calculated per day that was canceled.
