Dean Aldridge | CEO
Dean Aldridge brings over 25 years of corporate experience to the role of Executive Director of Valor Soccer. Dean has consulted with Fortune 100 Companies and has been a key stakeholder in supporting both national and international business leaders.
No stranger to the challenging landscape that comes with building a successful youth sports organization, Dean has rigorously researched the culture and shortfalls of the antiquated youth soccer model. He has taken the time to become informed of the needs of the community, as well as the state and national governing organizations of youth soccer along with state and national governing soccer organizations, to create Valor Soccer - what a successful soccer club should look like in this young 21st century.
A father of three, Dean also has the requisite experience of being a sports parent. His oldest daughter graduated from Tahoma High School, played for a top ECNL national club, and received several full-ride soccer scholarships to D1 colleges. His two younger children both play sports in the Maple Valley area.
Dean has spent the last 25 years living in the Kent-Maple Valley area. As a longtime community member, he looks forward to providing our community with the quality youth soccer club it’s been asking for.
